Last night I went to L&D due to contractions. I was told that my contractions were indeed 5-6 regular minutes apart however they were only mild to moderate. I was monitored for an hour were they continued but only dilated 1/2 a cm now at 3 1/2 cm. The nurse however said that they needed to be stronger and gave me a demoral shot and sent me home and said if they got stronger to come back. Today I am up and moving and am still having the mild to moderate contractions. Is there anything you can suggest I do to make these contractions stronger or do you think they might just stop after awhile? Thanks for your help!!!
