I had a repeat c-section 10 days ago and had a slight opening of the external incision on day 4. It has healed nicely since that time. I have been very conservative in what I do, but today, I wasn't thinking and accidentally picked up and walked about 20 steps with my 24 pound toddler. I didn't notice anything right away, but now, I am having weird pains from inside I think. (Honestly, I'm a worry wart, and it could be all in my mind.) I'm just curious if I could have ripped open the incision on my uterus or does that heal pretty quickly? Thanks.
