I do not know that Zyprexa can "cause" one to miscarry, but I do know that it is not safe to take while breastfeeding. I suffered from severe post partum psychosis after giving birth last year. I was told to discontinue breastfeeding immediately should I take the recommended rx. I chose to be off-centered for a while longer as I did not want to stop breastfeeding right away. Instead I got by on an anti-depressant. However, I understand that Zyprexa can play a very important role in minimizing the number of schizophrenic episodes that one suffers. Schizophrenia, in itself, will not make you more prone to miscarry. I wish you well and hope that this little bit helps! Sorry- but I am not familiar with the other medication. Amy
