Sorry I can't >answer about which hpt to take. Casey, I am taking a multi-vitamin that contains folic acid which my dr. said was fine until I conceived, then I would switch to pre-natals. I feel comfortable with my dr. and he advised not taking pre-natals for a long period of time before conception(who knows it could take me a year or longer to conceive)due to some digestive problems. Not that this was the nature of my post.
