This is my second pregnancy, my first one was aborted. While getting an ultrasound, the sonographer commented that the fetus was extremely low in my uterus and that it was difficult to get an accurate measurement. Should I be concerned about the fetus being low or is this something very common? I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain as well. Please help!!
