When your Feb. period would be late, that's when you can try another home pregnancy test. So, if you only had a little bit of bleeding in Feb. when your period was due there is a chance that it was implantation bleeding. Take another home pregnancy test. If you're still unsure about the results make an appointment with your family doctor. Ask for a blood pregnancy test. They will test your blood and I believe this is as close to 100% sure as possible! Good luck!
