I usually have a blood-tinged discharge for 2-3 days before I have normal menstrual bleeding. When counting the days in my cycle, should I count day "1" upon the apperance of the blood-tinged discharge or upon the normal bleeding? Doctors please advise as I need to estimate my fertile days.
