Kris, Hmmm, do you have any risks for Pre-term labor? Are you drinking lots and lots of water? Laying on your left side? Water is VERY important. I'm sure you know this. Anyway, they say 5-6 an hour is too many so 4 is sorta borderline. If I were you, I'd stay resting a few days and maybe cancel some appointments tomorrow just in case. I would call a doctor again if they don't reduce after another day. There's no harm in checking -- they can check your cervix to make sure the contractions aren't opening it. And GO EASIER! KM
