I'm not a doctor; just a Mom with 2 healthy kids. I once had to delay a meal considerably during pregnancy- no harm done; also had an illness during the other pregnancy where I could eat very little for two days- no harm done. You must remember that nature created fat reserves in women for a good reason. Also ,think about women during war time (my family lived in occupied Europe during WWII) who had little to eat, were stressed out from repeated blitz bombings, and delivered healthy babies. You can't judge a pregnancy by loss of symptoms. I had NO symptoms for the entire duration of 2 pregnancies. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Best of luck.
