Hi. I'm hoping for a little feedback. On Tuesday, I think I really overdid it with housecleaning, exercising and running around. Since mid afternoon on Tuesday, I've had a lot more BH contactions. In fact, all evening and night, I had probably 5 or 6 an hour. I just rested and on Wednesday they slowed down. I called the doctor's office and they said that if they got up to 6 in an hour again to call in again. Since then, I've had probably between 1 to 4 in an hour every hour. Before Tuesday, I only really had BH contractions once every few hours or a small 'swarm' of them if I exercised but after an hour I'd be fine again. These contractions are seeming more uncomfortable now but not painful and, again, only up to about 4 in an hour. In the last hour I've had two and before that only 1 that hour but I've been resting.

What do you think? Does this sound normal? I'm a little worried but don't want to call my ob-gyn again unless they go up to 6 an hour. I'm really resting but tomorrow is another busy day and that worries me a little.
