Just my opinion. You probably are not pregnant. I was on the Ortho Evra patch for quite some time and had alot of problems with my cycles. I have endo so I cannot say that it changed the nature of my cramps in any way. However, I did have a lot of what they call "break-through" bleeding. For the 5 months I was on the patch I did not have a "regular" period. I would just cramp and spot and cramp and spot some more- and without saying to much- I do believe it affected my bathroom habits. I hope that this helps. I understand your concern though. I must have called my ob/gyn's office 3 or 4 times about the weird spotting and odd menstruation during the first 2 months I was on it. Take Care... Amy Swanson
