Possibly.

The cervical exam means NOTHING. If you were 4-5 cm and 100% effaced, it would be more likely that you would deliver within a week, but you could go 2 or 3 weeks even then. If you were 0 and 0%, you still might deliver in the morning, but wouldn't be real likely.
