Growth/Dates

Hi

I have posted a few times in relation to my situation and now have an update and would love a doctors advice/opinion.

Normal 28 day regular cycle but no positive pregnancy test until day 32. Date of LMP 100% positive

First U/S at 19 weeks - baby measures 13 days behind (17+wks) Fundal height = 19 weeks so 2 weeks difference between fundal height and baby whereby fundal height is matching LMP

Second U/S at 22 weeks - baby measures 16 days behind (ie 20wksapprox) Fundal height = 22 weeks - Same scenario as before

4 and a half weeks later at OB visit I point out that I felt I hadnt grown much in the past month. When OB examines me he says fundal height now equals what the *baby* is supposed to be (ie 24+ wks) and NOT what it has previously. This means to me that there has only been 2 weeks of fundal height growth in a period of 4 weeks. I am really worried about this but my doctor is unconcerned. I have another U/S in just over 2 weeks time to check but I really cant understand how he thinks this is ok given that I was so sure of my dates in the first place.

IF the u/s is correct and my fundal height just measured larger (which I doubt) would it be normal to level out??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I dont know what to do from here. Would that ring alarm bells for other doctors???

TIA

Janice
