2 Miscarraiges and Questions about trying again

I have had two m/c in a 6 months peroid and have just gone through chromosomal analysis for myself and husband. I am 29 he is 33. I have a 4 year old son and he was a normal pregnancy delivered at 37 weeks. I am waiting for the results for the chromo testing and have already had two menstral cycles since my last d&c on 12/30/02. My ob has reccomended a regimen of 1 baby asprin a day along with my daily prenatal vitamin until I concieve again. I will then be placed on a progesterone supository for twelve weeks.

So my questions are this:

1. What do you do if any chromosomal abnormalities are found. What are the reccommended treatments for such instances. Should I wait to hear for sure of those results before trying again. I was hoping to try in march(two weeks from now I will be ovulating) and the tests may not be back in time to try. I know it's only one month but I wanted to know that if there is no treatment for the abnormalities then why should I wait.

2. If I end up having a third m/c what is the next step. Is there any solid results that will give me hope without alot of medical intervention, In otherwords, I really do not want to keep trying and miscarrying, yet I do not want to become a medical lab rat just to have another child. I have already been blessed with one. I am confused as to why this is happining, I am young and take good care of my body, don't drink, smoke or so drugs...go figure!

Thank you for your time. I hope I wrote enough information to get and informed answer.
