I had a colposcopy and it was one of the worst pains of my life! Apparently I was one of the rare few who had so much discomfort because the nurse said it can't hurt that bad, get up and get going because I have other patients scheduled. They did say it would be minimal discomfort - just wasn't minimal to me. I'm not sure what lsil is (not a doc), but if it wasn't necessary to have the colposcopy now, I personally would put it off until after you have the baby. Hope the docs have some insight on this as to whether you need to do this now or not.
