I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome about a year before I became pregnant. I was told that wrist splints were the way to go and let me tell you, it really helps. Since we're pregnant, anti-inflammatories can't be used, but my doctor said that I can use over-the-counter topical creams like Icy-Hot at night. I've found that this helps a great deal during pregnancy. Good luck!
