I would not spend $300 for a blood test. I would just take whatever Planned Parenthood offers, and not be concerned about it being "too late" to decide what to do. It is almost never too late in this land of "partial birth abortions". Why have you given up the pill to use the withdrawal method if you don't want to get pregnant???
