I am 40 yrs old and ANA/APA positive -- had no complications on my prior pregnancy. Was on aspirin daily and Lovenox was begun at 3 mos.

How safe is it to be on Lovenox again in terms of bone health? Do you get twice as much bone thinning from being on it twice?

My doctor wants to start Lovenox immed. this time instead of waiting 3 mos.
