Also, can my water break without me knowing? >Thanks! Hi there- How many weeks are you? I went to 41 weeks and was 4cm dilated by the time I went into labour with my 2nd daughter. I only had sporadic Braxton Hicks, and when the real thing started, I knew it. It was great because I had a relatively "easy" delivery.
