My last appointment my doctor told me that i was 3cm dilated, 70% effaced and that the baby was at 0 station. This was 4 days ago. She said i wouldnt make it to next week but here i am still pregnant! I have not been having regular contractions or i dont know if i have been having contractions at all. Im feeling crampy but nothing too painful. Just wondering how i dilated without contractions and how long can someone walk around dialated..and what are the chances that i stay pregnant for weeks more? Also, can my water break without me knowing? Thanks!
