1-Misoprostol can be repeated,but if it fails,you better do a D/C. 2-Many other causes would lead to miscarraige&death of the fetus after it appeared to be thriving like the antiphosolipid syndrome,chromosomal,hormonal,etc. 3-May be added to that a genetic counseling&investigations.
