I have 3 healthy children, all were full term, vaginal deliveries with no complications. 1st born 10/96, 2nd 5/99, 3rd 5/2000. My 1st miscarriage was on 3/22/2001. (I was 15.5 weeks gestation, baby was only 11.9 weeks - D&C - sex unknown.) 2nd miscarriage was 4/3/2002. (I was 18 weeks, baby was only 15.5 - delivery - a son.) 3rd miscarriage was 10/22/2002. (I was 16 weeks, baby was 15.8 - delviery again - a son.) We had blood tests done on both me and my husband, all chromosomes normal. We also did a ton of other tests - all came back normal. My doctors are baffled. I've heard of IVIG. Would this help me? Or does anyone know of anything else. Also, after the 3rd miscarriage I bled normally, but my first period lasted 18 days. I was always so regular you could set a clock by me - 28 days and always 1st thing in the morning, lasting 8 days and very heavy. Now I've been only 26 days for the past 2 cycles, lasting 6 days, still heavy. Is this normal to have your cycle change all of a sudden?
