Hi! I can't say much for the exercise, because quite frankly my energy level gets drained no matter what I do. I am 30 wks 3 days, always tired, and throughout this pregnancy I have not had morning sickness, but it does seem the further along I get, the more queasy my stomach feels, which is probably due to the baby growing and putting pressure on everything. Usually after the baby drops (sometimes this doesn't happen til you go into labor, sometimes sooner) breathing becomes easier and the queasiness subsides. It really doesn't matter if it's your 1st or 4th (this is my 4th) I've had it with every pregnancy.

Good Luck, you have only 4 weeks to go, hang in there!

Heidi
