Yes, this just happened to me this month. The home pregnancy tests I took will test pos. at 15 to 25 HCG. The qualatative HCG (blood preg test) the DR ran was still Neg. After that the DR ordered a Beta HCG (quant HCG) and the level was 24. Clearly I was pregnagnt, just my HCG level was under the minimum for that first blood test. All HCG pregnancy tests, test pos. at different levels, just like the different home pregnancy tests do. I hope this helped. aloha, Rachel
