Valerie,

I have PCOS too and did IVF to get my little baby boy. I missed a progesterone (which is necessary after the fertility drugs) too. One thing is that you can't go back and take it so try not to worry (yeah, I know the old "don't worry" thing). And another poster said you are producing a certain amount of progesterone on your own so it's not like you progesterone went down to zero. Just try to remember the rest of them especially the next few days. And hang in there! Good luck with the baby!
