I too has a stomach bug when I was pregnant. I could not keep anything down so my DR told me to go to the ER and get a couple of IV bags and they also gave me something to make me stop throwing up (they give it to pregnant women who have horrible morning sickness). Let me tell you, it made a HUGE difference in how I felt. If you are really sick, maybe call your Dr and see if this is an option.
