Valerie,

Not a doc, but have a couple of miracle babies of my own! 1. Just try to eat whenever you can. One thing that helped me was oddly enough a Slim-Fast (or similar type drink) first thing in the morning. Wasn't trying to lose weight, it just happened to help me be able to have breakfast in an hour or two. Always carry snacks with you. Never know when you'll get the urge to eat! Just try to make them more nutritious snacks. And get lots of fluids. I would drink a glass of water right after going to the bathroom (which is quite often when pregnant) to make sure I got plenty of fluids. Try putting a lemon wedge in if you need. 2. If you think you have a UTI, please call your doctor. UTI's need to be treated as soon as possible during pregnancy. I've heard of women who had to be on antibiotics much of their pregnancies because of UTI's. I won't suggest drinking cranberry juice (unless you can tolerate it but see #1 above - ain't morning sickness grand?). 3. Someone else answered this one nicely already.

Just a note on progesterone. It made me very tired and a bit depressed. I felt so much better when I went off it at 12 weeks. Hang in there and congrats!
