My cousin called today and I was talking to her and I said I'm not having braxtion hicks or atleast I'm not aware of it...She asked if my stomach ever feels as hard as a basketball. Only in a certain spot and I will push there and my baby will move b/c it was his body part, She said that was a bh!!! Now I thought it was only where the uterus hardens and it is a little painful???? In the case if what I am having is bh then I have them ALOT and I can get rid of them by just pushing on them (him)...plz some clarification is this bh or no? What is a more better def of them...!!??
