I am on 2.5 mg of brethine every 4 hours to stop my contractions. i am 33 weeks pregnant.

I laid down in bed last night and got very very nauseous, lightheaded and cold. I felt like my heart rate had gone through the roof so my husband checked it and it was 121. my main question is what heart rate is normal when taking brethine every 4 hours. i feel like i have a very high fever, the same symptoms, inside are trembling, and i am cold. should i worry?
