I just had an AFP test at 18 weeks and 5 days and the Doctor said the value is 1.8. I am pregnant with twins. Is this o.k? What is the range?

This is my second pregnancy, my first was uneventful and resulted in a beautiful girl who is now 2 years old.

I am currently living in Hungary and trying to make sense of the system.
