I hear ya! I've had the same problem- I had a blighted ovum miscarriage in June that caused me to hemorhage and lose a ton of blood. Got pregnant again in September (I am 21-22 weeks now) and only really in the last few weeks have I been breathing easier again. You're OK, though- you're nearly at 12 weeks! This is fantastic! But just so you know, the weeks 9-12 were my very very very most paranoid- I could not work or sleep I was so worried. (For no reason of course). And also, I think we paranoid women should all stop reading horror stories on the Internet. The people who post on the Internet are the women with PROBLEMS so it makes it seem like problems are more common than they are. The women having problem-free pregnancies aren't posting as much. Anyway, try to relax, do some deep breathing. You'll feel better in a few weeks.
