Michele,

I can't answer your question as far as injections vs cream as I have never done the cream. Hated the shots, but were necessary evil (if you know what I mean). BUT these last two IVFs I did (the ones with the injections were years ago), I got progesterone troches. There is a pharmacy near Baltimore, MD called Austin's that makes them. They are a waxy like pill that you put under your tongue to dissolve. By far the best way to get progesterone as far as I'm concerned! Seems to work too as I got a wonderful baby boy out of the process. Check with your doc to see if this is possible. Austin's will overnight UPS (that's what they did for me).
