The funny thing about the Chinese gender chart is that several of them are out there floating around and they are exactly the opposite (where one says girl, the other says boy). But the main one on the popular websites, it was wrong for my sister's baby and wrong for the baby I'm carrying, although I've had two different opinions on this critter I've got in me... we're pretty sure it's a girl but the chart says boy. So no, it's not accurate. I'd say.
