Just my experience - I grew up in a European country where nobody was circumcised at birth, and out of all the boys in my age range only one ended up being circed at around 10 or so. It really is rarely needed, if ever. (The society I grew in was quite "liberated", so I knew what he had done, and I would have known about any others.)

An uncirced penis is no more dirty than a circed one, or you'd have to circumcise girls too - all those folds and crevasses, how can anybody trust a kid to keep them clean??? Hygiene is really no good reason whatsoever. Millions of little European boys live happily the way nature made them, and their mothers don't fret over it.

Oh, and one more thing: Sex is better "with". BTDT, clear choice. :-)
