pls advise I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now, in a fit of urgency i got a total check up done 4 months ago both of myself and my husband. In my case everything was fine, except in the sonohystogram, my right tube did not fill beyond cornu..which the doc said said was more likely due to spasm( i was very anxious) during the procedure but she cant say for sure till she does a laproscopy. She didnt want to do that because she said i needed only one tube to be open to get pregnant. tests showed i ovulated on day 11, no sign of endometriosis. My intra uterine pressure wasa little high( i dont know the significance of this) I am taking my materna vit pills and cranberry extract pills (for UTI). My husband had an average 30% motility in 2 tests done and in one case he had 40 million sperm count and the other 20 million.He is taking 2mg coversyl for his mild hypertension. She suggested we go to insemination or IVF. Too expensive for us.she didnt give us any other options. Today, i am feeling miserable...i feel like we have been trying to so hard but in vain. I really want to conceive more than anything. I think about it everyday and dont know what to do. COuld anyone suggest what we should do and if there are any chances to get pregant without any treatment, and are there any other pointers that we should keep in mind. my husband had taken diuertics with his hypertensive drug for a couple of months then stopped it a few months back,would his motility and sperm count improve over the period of time?
