I had bleeding exactly as you describe several times from around week 11- week 18ish. generally, it was after intercourse. The doctor said the cervix can bleed easily when it's bumped. Your u/s sounds great. i wouldn't worry unless it becomes heavy, more red in colour, and is accompanied by cramping and/or pain. PS- at 23 weeks, I haven't had any of these post-coital bleeding episodes for weeks now.
