I would wait until the kids are in bed and I would let him know how his actions affected you. I would definately let him know how SELFISH he was in leaving you stranded this way. Do not be quiet about it at all. It is traumatizing enough to have to go through a D&C, his role as a husband (and father) is to support you emotionally and physically and help you with the kids. I know that everyone makes mistakes, but you let him know that this is a big one. Good Luck to you!
