Hi there - I don't know anything about a link between UTIs and brain damage, but as a fellow UTI sufferer, I would definitely suggest calling your doc just to get checked out. It may just be the normal aches and pains of the interminable 3rd trimester, but you certainly have the right to have a kidney infection ruled out without feelinlg ike you are "bothering" your doc. Good luck ,and CONGRATULATIONS on your impeding delivery!!!
