I wanted to know how far along a woman could be and still have a negative Home Preg. test? I have PCOS and usually have a 28-35 day cycle, but I am at day 45 and have some slight symptoms that could be pregnancy related. I took a HPT after urinated 3 hours before, and it was negative. Should I go get a blood test, or wait a few more days? Thank you . Amber
