fooling around 12 days after C-Section

Hello,

My wife and I were fooling around 12 days after she had a C-Section (non-intercourse - she was just on top of me). We both felt a "pop" in her incision area. I assume it was her sutures dissolving and giving way. Soon thereafter, she felt nauseous, and like she had to go potty #2. She had a very hard time sitting down and felt like she needed to pass gas but couldn't. I had her lie down as I felt a trip to the hospital was not warranted, but I decided to search the net for people in similar circumstances. Please reply and let me know whether this is normal, or should I be concerned. I will be calling the doctor if her symptoms don't subside.

Thank you,

Russell C. Miller, Sr.
