I have read several questions/answers on waiting time after coming off birth control and the odds of getting pregnant. I realize that it can take 6 months to a year, it has been three for me. My question is, why? What is it that is happening in the body related to the birth control? Are you not ovulating correctly?? I just don't seem to understand, and it is a little disheartening. Any thoughts would be helpful! Thanks.
