Posting to this website and getting their feelings out IS a form of relaxation and coping with stress in a VERY healthy way. Think of it as writing in a diary which others just happen to read. No comparison was made between infertility and cancer. Cancer was the CAUSE of stress in that post. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
