Nothing. 20% bodyfat is healthy. Very healthy. If you gained to much more (fat) you might risk putting yourself at risk for gestational diabetes (though unlikely if you are still within 'normal' weight ranges) I would say to worry only if you are below 13% bodyfat. That is almost nothing for girls....
