I was diagnosed as having miscarried a blighted ovum. I had spotting at the end of December, but no real period or cramping. I started having severe back cramps and bleeding heavily four days ago. The pain landed me in an ER this morning. The doctor said I'd miscarried a blighted ovum and an ultrasound confirmed I'd passed it adequately.

My question is, what do I expect now? When should ovulation occur and how long until this heavy bleeding stops? My hcg is back to 5 already.
