I had genetic testing after he was born and everything looked good. The only reason i had genetic testing was because his was translocation. I don't think your risks are any higher than anyone else. I am pregnant now too, and i have decided not to do any extensive testing. The only thing i will do is a level II ultrasound. I'm 31,and im hoping this one sticks, i had a mc in 2001 and a chemical pregnancy last month. Talk to your OB about different testing and do only those tests that make you comfortable. good luck
