Dear Meh,
The ONLY reliable universal pregnancy sign is a positive pregnancy test,
either a home variety or a blood test at the doctor. Everything else is
conjecture. Usually a woman's body reacts in some way to early
pregnancy, but everyone's reaction is different.
Just as an aside, many women feel extra sexually aroused during
pregnancy... all 9 months long!
