I have just discovered that I am pregnant, it is quite early I am probably only a few weeks. I have dull cramp like pain in my back around my kidneys and around my tummy just above my pubic line. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this situation happen to them. It feels as if my kidneys are numb. The feeling is my stomach too, is not a pain as such just a dull feeling. Anyone advice on this matter would be really helpful. As I am really worried.
