Confused about what is considered to be overheating

Hi I'm in the early stages of pregnancy and love to excercise, however I was told that I should not be overheating. What is considered to be overheating? (dumb question I know). I do get very hot during excercise and this morning I took my temperature on waking which was 98 and right after my 20 minute session on my stationary bike it was 100. It came down fairly quickly. I make sure to keep hydrated and have the fan right on me during excercise (summer here). My heartrate never goes over 120 -130. Also excercise for me gives me relief from morning sickness for at least 2-3 hours afterwards.

Thanks
