I did have an ultrasound 5-6 days ago which showed a 4cm cyst on my right ovary and a neg. blood serum on cycle day 46-47. My Dr. kept me on progesterone for a week past my expected period just in case. He said the cyst kept me from starting. Have not had a period since dec.1 02. Im curious if the prolonged use of progesterone inhibited the cyst growth.
