My husband and I had sex on Friday night. I started to bleed Very lightly on Friday around 5:00am. I went to the Local ER, they examined me and did an ultrasound. Everything looked great on the Ultrasound, my baby has a heart beat and looks fine! But the ER Doctor told me that there was slight bleeding from the sac. I had no pain, preasure or cramping at all. The Doctor didn't seem so optiomiostic and told me that slight bleeding could be a sign of threatened miscarriage. This would be my second miscarriage. My first one was missed and even though the Fetus died at about 7 1/2 weeks, I didn't have any cramps or bleeding until 12 weeks. The Doctor did not put me on any bed rest and told me that nothing I do or don't do will change the out come of what will happen to my baby. This is my third pregancy and if I loose this baby too. My first baby was Healthy at birth and I carried full term, but died at 5 1/2 weeks due to SIDS. I don't know what to do. I don't want to loose this baby and If I was bleeding and the sac was bleeding, and my baby has a heart beat, then maybe there is something wrong with me. The ER doctor brushed my concerns off when I mentioned A low Progestrone Level may be the cause of bleeding. Help, I don't want to loose another child. My last prenancy ended in miscarriage and I hemeraged when I passed the baby and almost died myself. I still have had no pain and I have not bled since I got to the Hospital on Friday AM.
